I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individual adults. While I help with a variety of issues, I have a particular interest in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, grief, OCD, life transitions and adjustments, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I enjoy collaborating with every client and discovering what approach works most effectively for each person. Some of the modalities that I draw from are Somatic Experiencing, CBT, ERP, Mindfulness, and Relaxation techniques.

I have received my certification as a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician. This advanced training deepens my understanding of narcissistic abuse and the intricate recovery process. With this knowledge, I am better equipped to recognize the unique dynamics of these relationships and the distinctive challenges faced by survivors. This expertise enables me to provide tailored support and guidance, fostering healing and resilience among those impacted by narcissistic abuse.
